ICG utilizes a consortium that finances development of large scale Energy projects.
ICG has connections to reputable European and American Insurance Companies, Pension Funds and Investment Banks. Together with them and private Investors ICG procure the financing for undertaking development of Energy Projects, both renewable and conventional, ranging from £50m - £500m. We have our own financial, legal and management specialists.

Adv David Gabay
CFO
David specialises in corporate finance and business banking involving international financial institutions, project planning, legal and financial due diligence, business analysis, contracts, financial procurement and company management.
David Gabay graduated from Jerusalem University Law School with Honours degree and MSc from University of Indiana. Graduated in Accounting and Economics in 1982. With over 40 experience in business development, financing and management for various public and private corporations.
David has successfully procured financing for development of Power Stations in Africa and raised credit for Eastern European and African Governments.

Mr.Jianqi Deng got his Master degree from Shanghai JiaoTong University Automation Department, he specialized in global placement, market development, investment promotion between World and China, especially in the high-tech innovation field.

George Nedelchev
Director of E. Europe Operations
George is responsible for ICG's activities in Eastern Europe. He studied Engineering at the University of Sofia, Bulgaria where he is based. Post-graduate in International Economic Relations and Law. He has an MBA.
Has undertaken specialisations in leadership, entrepreneurship, project financing, private equity and venture capital. He worked for 15 years as an entrepreneur and producer in the field of marketing, advertising and media. Since 2006 has been consultant to the Government of Bulgaria Ministry of Labour for restructuring the National social services.
He has since been specialising in financial analysis, business modelling and valuation, and advanced corporate finance.
